About Us

RF Services was founded in 2017 by Kevin Hardy Jr. while he was attending McNeese State University. What began as a small business to support the completion of his college education has since grown into a nationally operating commercial civil contracting firm.
The company initially provided residential and commercial lawn and landscaping services throughout Southwest Louisiana. Following Mr. Hardy’s graduation and industry experience at a local precast concrete facility, RF Services expanded its capabilities. In 2019, the company added residential concrete construction and home renovation services, laying the foundation for its continued growth.
Today, RF Services operates exclusively as a civil, facility maintenance, and EV infrastructure contractor, providing concrete, asphalt, and earthwork solutions for projects nationwide. The company is committed to delivering quality workmanship, dependable service, and consistent performance on every project.
